Divorce and Family Law -- Child Support

Mark P. Fierro, Esq., LLC maintains the same computer program utilized by New Jersey Family Courts to calculate child support. Multiple factors affect the level of child support, including, but not limited to: actual salary and earnings of each party, any alimony paid, the earning capacity of each party, the number of children, the ages of the children, the number of overnights spent with each party, the cost of medical insurance, daycare, and extra curricular activities for the children. Issues regarding emancipation of children can be fully explored based upon current New Jersey case law and any existing agreement of the parties.
