Divorce and Family Law -- Parenting Time and Visitation

In cases where joint physical custody, the best interests of the children may dictate each party’s amount of parenting time based upon your particular circumstances. One parent will be designated as the Parent of Primary Residence (PPR) and the other as the Parent of Alternate Residence (PAR). A specific parenting time schedule will be established, which could provide for equal parenting time or shorter time for one party, with weekend, overnight or daytime possibilities. In certain cases, sole physical custody is appropriate, with the other parent having visitation, which may require supervision.. Mark Peter Fierro, Esq. has handled multiple Grandparent visitation rights cases.
